Two cups of rice, half of a 14 oz package of kielbasa chopped up, a handful of broccoli heads and a handful of celery chopped up, I'll make the rice and as we take it off the fire will dump everything else in it and let it steam with the rice and eat it after the rice is finished

Fresh cut hash browns, half can of spam diced up, a dozen cherub tomatoes cut in half, half an onion diced up, one can of green chilies diced, a small handful of spinach, salt pepper and garlic for BREFFAST
