Yes, but now you have a Supreme Court. I'm just arguing from a practical standpoint. Look at the rest of Europe who did this, and it actually cost them significantly to this day.

And if asking yes, they personally own a lot of property and have investment in more than a few industries. They then give that 2 billion to parliament (all their income) and parliament then gives them back about 10 percent of it.

Yes, but it is considered a human rights violation. So they can get sanctioned. And the UK is subject to UK law.

Can't it's against international law, European law, and UK law. If they did that, they would be sanctions from the UN and European Union. France and Germany tried that and reversed course give back a lot property to the royal family.

For better or worse, any kind of long-term social justice reforms, historical have only been accomplished through the republican party.

This is miss leading the investigation into Matt was a conduct & ethics inquire. Hence why they can't investigate and hold a non-member of congress to congressional rule/conduct/ethics that would just be crazy.

So your argument is that instead of the government getting 2 billion pounds, they would get to tax the 2 billion and, at best, lose 1.2 billion a year in revenue. And this would be good?

The UK monarchy donates almost 2 billion to the government every year, and that is not from taxes that are from investments. If they abolished the monarchy, the government would lose 1.5 to 2 billion in revenue every year.
