Our latest beer in our US hop series is one of my favourite hops, Centennial. Floral aromatics with underlying citrus, I love how flexibly centennial is, being effective when used across the brewing process. Out to trade in London, Sussex and Kent from tomorrow. app.sellar.io/suppliers/ir...

We are at Gen Craft in Ashford today with some great breweries, including Three Blind Mice, Unity, Beakbeat, Low Key, Barneys and Ascension Cider.

Our latest Heritage Range beer will be going in package this week. Burton Ale is based on a few recipes from the middle of the 20th century. Plenty of malt, a good chunk of bitterness and plenty of Goldings hop character.

Always chasing the hype styles over here - currently have tanks full of black lager, Belgian blonde, burton ale and a bitter. Just to give the sales team a real challenge 😂

New for trade this week. Frost Fair is an ESB brewed in collaboration with Tap East, using all Kent grown hops, including Bullion and Goldings. Launch events next week at the Rake and Tap East.

Canning Rosherville Red today. A core beer in keg for us which also makes periodic appearances in cask. Simpsons crystal red rye gives a lovely rich spicey malt character which compliments berry and fruit from Bullion, Mosaic and Citra hops.

Tank sample of our new ESB collab Frost Fair, brewed with Tap East. Malts are nice and robust and there’s good bitterness

Just in time for Christmas. Based on old Truman recipes, this barley wine was aged to allow the bitterness to round out, then finished in ex Rioja barrels. One to accompany the cheese board or sip by the fire ironpier.beer/collections/...
