Big Marvel comics nerd here & deck crafteimg is my favorite part of the game.
I'm counting on the Marvel set do do this for me. So many characters with different abilities should make for a set with a ton of different deck types supported.

After some deliberation this was my ideas for how to do TMNT.
I think each turtle being 2 colors with partner with each other would work well.

I grew up in the Louisville area. The Great Escape is an institution there. Been there for 40+ years. Back in the 80's it was the coolest stores anywhere because it was one of the only dedicated comic shops.
Sadly, no comic shop is quite as cool as they used to be just because they aren't as rare.
