I wish the anime adaptation did it's own thing rather than adapting the manga adaptations. As someone who has always been curious about this world but is never going to play the game, it just feels like there's nothing here.

So much nostalgia for this one, I was always enamored by being able to play as Crow and Akamaru, and how you can buy Mizuki from the shop and you have to select him in a secret manner afterward. As usual, CoN's visual style is so nice.

I think I liked it better than last season? A lot of the first half is so quiet and slow with few punchlines, I'm curious what the thought process was there. Last episode is nice. The funniest parts are all stuffed in the middle. Just an odd one

I didn't think this would be able to hold out for an entire series, and like. It kinda doesn't. Early parts are slow, but I do love how unafraid it is to be silly with its premise, especially as it goes on. Fun stuff.
