Just like that, kidney disease took Nermal across the rainbow bridge. It was unexpected and I’m grateful I could be there for her while she peacefully passed on. She spent 16 of her 18 years being there for me without fail. Finally reunited with her bonded gf who passed in 2019.

This is Sadie (and Henry). I adopted Sadie as a buddy for Nermal after Nermal’s bonded partner passed away, but Nermal was very uninterested. Luckily my friend was willing to take her in so I didn’t have to take her back to the shelter. Her & Henry get on amazingly.
