California has a population larger than many countries (Australia, Canada, etc) and the biggest newspaper in the state has just three reporters covering state government.

Ok trying to use this platform more… how do I stop it from being jittery/janky in safari on an ipad. Is there a useable app? Downloaded one, but it couldn’t decide if it was for phone or ipad and couldn’t manage to use more than half the screen.
