I have a fresh iso on a USB, plug into tower turn on let everything load then just stops at that, I used Rufus to put it on USB, but now it just freezes here

I hate to bother you, but i feel dumb because im trying to DL GDL and i keep getting a no hub err -19.... would it be possible to get help on how to do this off of a usb onto a freash build
