I’m beginning to wonder if I have POTS or fibromyalgia. Possibly both. I’m always aching, fatigued, or otherwise feel “off.” It’s been only getting worse since I hit 30. 😵‍💫
What people think fibromyalgia is: -Not that serious, a made up illnesses, not that serious, the same as chronic fatigue. What fibromyalgia actually is: -Pain, chronic headaches, dizziness, cognitive impairment, memory impairment, weight gain, dry mouth, fever, nausea, joint stiffness, sensory issues, sleep disorders, anxiety, cold symptoms, regulation issues, cramps, fatigue, depression.
