I live less than 20 miles from the USA and I had the start of a UTI. I went to a walk-in clinic. Full work up by an MD in a clean, comfortable environment. I was given an R/X and sent to pharmacy next door. Doc exam = $5. Meds = $4. UTI cleared in two days.
