If you login onto your last fm and go to your library>artists page, you'll be able to delete the 'Advertisements' profile by tapping on the three dots.. something like that

It's not a last fm problem it's Spotify because they hate androids.. but the upside of this is that you can delete the scrobbles if it's really a burden
