Considering how many companies and institutions practically make bank off of people's lack of knowledge in self-reliance and all that, I'm not surprised that it hasn't been made a standard yet.

...Well, I'm not necessarily against the idea of Samus encountering someone she has to play the straightwoman to. Though, I can definitely see this guy making or breaking the game for some.

Yeah, as long as the artist gets paid, and you don't act like a jackass about it, there's no harm in essentially being a regular.
