2/2 And already I am so disgusted and annoyed. I was having a giddy few days remembering what it was like to first find Twitter. Now I remember why I hated Twitter. I've already seen a nasty dick pic on my timeline and my box is full of creepy men and con artists. This isn't fun anymore.

I'm tired of coddling men like this. I'm tired of protecting their feelings. In much the same way we are all going to have to suffer for the GOP choices economically, there is also a social backlash from women against men. The whole your body our choice thing REALLY pissed us off.

It has been epicenter adjacent, off and on for decades. We have to acknowledge, that is part of the reason we are where we are (in terms of friend and foe) now.

I have not seen that one, I will seek it out though because it sounds amazing and terrifying. What I like about this photo is, it is showing both the human toll and heroism of people who are being supported more by their brethren from other countries than they are by their government.

Humans have an inate greed. For whatever particular thing they're hungry for. You give just about anybody enough room and power and it takes an incredibly strong character to resist it. We need to rethink how we consolidate power. It should be a plateau not a mountain.

I'm sorry your father and siblings lost their common sense. Two of my four brothers did as well, a third chose not to vote so arguably three of my four brothers have lost their common sense. It's infuriating and heartbreaking at the same time.

This is disturbing. On the other hand I can quit deriding myself about chalking everything up to my neighbors being ignorant. I was afraid it was all hatred. This simultaneously makes me feel better and worse about my country. I don't know what to do with that. And pun fully intended.

I think unfortunately, certain types have figured out that Sunday school teacher is a really great way to have control over children. They also have scripture with which to browbeat them and the threat of hellfire if they don't obey. It really is the perfect setup for a pedophile.
