Shopped my Wagyu shelf in the freezer and decided to 'pot roast' a skirt steak with herbed vegetables liberally soaked in Kraft's Sun-dried Tomato Vinaigrette dressing (I use this a lot for meat roasting in foil packets). Smells good! TY to KC Cattle Co for the Wagyu selections, as always. Eat in!

I have my 2nd one this year. Best Christmas gift ever. It's blooming process goes on for months. I'm entranced! Here is the second set of blooms (there was a group of 3 at Christmas) and there will be another set when they push all the way up.

My Christmas cactus is blooming w/more buds forming. 💚 AND my 1st Christmas present arrived: a Peruvian amaryllis! The senders got me a different variety last year & watching it develop was such a joy all the cold months. I'd never had one - highly recommend for plant lovers. Simple pleasures! 🥰
