The governments agree with them though. They also want to decide what is and isn't morally acceptable for you and dictate what you're allowed to see. That's why several states and European countries have put in these strict ID laws on anything they think is adult content

That's something they need to deal with on a case by case basis. If they need to ban people from using their services because they intentionally charge back porn then do it. You don't get to decide what I or anyone does with our money when all you're doing is moving it from one place to the next
