In the past I asked what the point is of saying you'll abolish an agency if you'd end up replacing it with a similarly named agency with the same mission statement.
But for I.C.E., I guess it means we probably need to completely root out every single person involved and start from scratch.

Does the Nobel foundation really have to clarify this? Imagine if I said I had an Oscar because somebody who won an Oscar gave me the statue. Fucking obviously it means nothing, you're not the one who was actually awarded it.
