The world is in crisis, and it's largely because leaders with outdated mindsets are clinging to power. Shaped by a past that no longer exists, they can’t keep up with today’s technologies or the realities younger generations face. It's time they step aside—for everyone's sake.

As a baby boomer, I say this clearly: presidents aged 70+ need to resign—now.
