Hmm it could be a cyst too? I think some breeds just have a tendency to get cysts that others. My mom actually has one that needs to get drained regularly kinda near her heart so when they first found it was a bit scary if it was tumor or not

My doggo had tumors (multiple), had big surgery to remove them once but they came back. Didnt do surgery again since it was such a rough experience for her but they didnt start like truly growing until she was close to 13 years old
