Basically impressions help you train your voice, like early T i was making my voice as low as I could go without hurting myself of course.
As I went along in t it became easier and easier

like I know it sounds like a joke but I Litterally did batman impressions to help as a trigger for my voice.

Like as someone who had tried to use them, they can be a tool to help, but I found just practicing by talking to myself and doing an impression seemed to help.

As you know it takes a lot of practice and a lot of patience.
