This is a Band 6 position, so suitable for a qualified librarian with professional experience. You'll be supported by the library staff of CPFT, but will have day to day control over library services to NCHC. It's an exciting position for someone looking to expand their leadership skills.

Essentially we're looking for a dedicated member of staff to expand cpft's library services to another Trust. This will involve service development, service management, and close work with staff at every level of Norfolk Community Health and Care Trust.

The other is as a professional and work community. There I think there's a huge amount more potential.

One of my big rules about work social media is "go there for a reason". Peer to peer contact is a much better reason at present than service promotion.

One was about social media as library promotion. I'm not sure how effective this is at present. Bluesky is great but I would be surprised if anyone from my Trust was looking towards Bluesky for library information.

I know we don't have a critical mass of users here yet but I'm curious how people are going to handle the transition to bsky being a point of service contact.
