Back then, I was always on the edge of burnout, avoiding new experiences and shutting myself off. Now, it feels so different. Therapy and a more balanced lifestyle have helped me grow. Grateful for the journey. And the support.

I surprised myself when I got to my hotel, dropped my bags, and went out to explore solo. In the past, I would’ve been overwhelmed and would’ve stayed in my room until the event began.

A few hours ago, I landed in Warsaw – my first solo trip to an unknown country since 2019. It's such a powerful feeling to take this step on my own.
