Really sad to see how a report that has been paid by the government to prove a point is replicated in the press, no questions asked. The government has done a poor job at managing the health system and is trying to blame doctors for the terrible results.

This is ridiculous. In Quebec, family doctors are obliged to work outside of their primary practice (e.g. ER, palliative care, etc). So they work 3 days on a clinic, 1-2 days on their secondary activity and weekends doing admin. The study is very bias, sad that article does not include + voices.
