I’ve been upping my sourdough game the last few months. I’ve been able to get a nice, consistently fluffy loaf. Still working on inclusions but I’ll get there lol.

I’m continuing on my sourdough journey and added olives to my bread. Worked out quite well and was delicious!

I surprised my mom for her birthday with a small homemade carrot cake .. she was so surprised and happy and thankfully she loved it ❤️

Think I’m getting the hand of making sourdough bread. This loaf turned out perfectly, nice and fluffy inside but moist and chewy too and the crust is fabulous… I will definitely keep making these loaves.

NYC friends: this poor dog was almost on his freedom ride out of the pound when his foster didn't show up on him. He's now in danger of being put down. Do you have space in your home and heart to adopt him? ❤️

Think I’m starting to get the hang of making sourdough bread … still gotta work on the lame/scoring but I’m happy with the crumb and moisture level… so glad I decided to start baking my own sourdough bread again 😋

My sis and I had lunch at Delphi Cafe in Langley it was scrumptious as always. If you go be prepared for a wait but their posted approximate wait time is very accurate, they give you 10 min grace to get there if you’ve left.
