Irene Cunningham. Possible novelist if poetry didn't keep on the kidnapping thing. Poems in many mags and anthologies, a couple of chapbooks Hedgehog Press and Dreich, a few created on Amazon.
It was never about the kingfisher by Helen Kay @ Dithering Chaps

Sharp poems, bursts of dancing underwear to brighten your day – a poem I wish I’d written! In another I’m stunned by the phrase, ‘… to call myself a map of beautiful wrinkled places,’ in A Song of the Sequoia on Ness Island. GoodBuy

I just want to write a poem as good as Todd Dillard's How To Live.

What a lovely end-of-January morning to wake up as an email pops in from Lothlorian lit magazine saying they'd published the 5 poems I'd sent them. After three months of no word I'd almost given them up! and here they are... lothlorienpoetryjournal.blogspot.com/2025/01/five...

Well I am giving my old self a gold star for remembering what I hadn't remembered for 2yrs ... how to set up my printer with new wi-fi. How decrepit of me! I swore at the thing, planned to chuck it out of the window. 123HP wow, where had you been hiding? Ink is dry so need to wait for delivery.

I'm just trawling here instead of sleeping and what wonderful snippets... and the only ads are writers showing their new books! I want to spend, and will at some point tomorrow, but absolutely happy amongst fellow writers... loving all the words.

Snow, the white stuff, on the streets and beach of Brighton! I will be Hermit for the next few days... just looking at pics posted. Shocked at sleet yesterday as I left a scribbling meet in Tesco Cafe. I heard some places were minus 8 last night. We're lucky with our very few whole numbers.

Well, it's blooming freezing down here on the south coast... even the sea is terrified to land on the shore. I couldn't find warm leg coverings to add to my layers last night and remembered winter clothes are suitcased! So, will have to dig them out.

Ooh I just squeezed a poem out into the extended Cafe Writers comp. Go me! and after such a lazy, binge-watching weekend.

Today was a hiding day, listening to a world of wind and rain battle it out. Daughter called to say she couldn't keep on her bike to work so had to walk it part of the way. I spent all the hours down in my Dingly Dell listening to a Jennifer Armentrout book - great story; too much detailed sex!

1st post - I set this up a couple of months ago then forgot all about it, and couldn't get in today because I couldn't remember how to be the me I apparently was at that time! Here now and important, relevant, info noted for future loss of faculties. Hello BlueSky... waves.
