AI, in any form, is a tool to be used specifically. And like any tool, used improperly often does more harm than good. But technology often rips it's "power users" away from reality. They see everything as a hammer to rail against life instead of carving beauty from it.

Not only are they looking the same, they're playing the same with the same stories because no one wants to take a leap anymore outside the indie studios. Too many games hanging their entire premise on previous games.
