Neopets is another banger! Feeding my pets omelettes, and I could play some of their custom games for ages even if some were just reskins of the classics

Castle battles in particular was one of my favourites (sucker for physics in games)

There was no iron-man, no hardcore, everything was so simple haha, log on and grind your skills, and do the quests

Im old enough to remember playing classic with my cousin 😫

I spent so many hours on Madness Interactive just using all the different weapons in the sandbox mode to cause chaos

Half Life 2 - The godfather of physics engines, one of my favourite aspects of any game is its physics engine and Half Life 2 is the reason for that, I could spend hours creatively killing zombs/combines with the Gravity gun 🧟. I have my Uncle to thank for that, and it's his birthday tomorrow!

Dungeons & Dragons - One that is the perfect answer to why I game, but one I absolutely don't play enough 😭 Very rarely have I actually gotten to do more than just a one-shot of D&D but every time I sit down to play this game I always have the best time, get me in your playgroups I beg thank you🎲

Halo 3 - First dive into online console gaming with Xbox 360 at start of highschool, an amazing story with coop and skulls making it endlessly replayable ♻️ Made some lifelong friends and some great memories with the custom games every day after school, still play through the story every year or so 😌

Warcraft III - where better to begin than... the start? I used to play with my older cousin when I was around 6 or 7, and I still play to this day to enjoy the rich, nostalgic lore and variety of custom games 😊 key to my obsession with fantasy games, its insane to think how deep the lore now goes 📖🕹
