Hey @crow.house.gov, is this you? I can tell you 100% that I am not a Washington insider, and I care about oversight and accountability. Not holding people accountable is how we ended up in this mess, and putting these criminals in jail is how we’ll get out of it.

Next time I wouldn’t use a spiral ham, I felt like that wasn’t optimal to begin with but that’s what was easily available. That said, very happy with the results!

Thought it was finally time to try my hand at smoking meat, got a Slow ‘n Sear to use in the Weber. Figured a ham was a nice low-cost first attempt, looking good so far!
