Just like you did in the military, there's someone or something that needs your attention next. We have to set it aside and go on to the next. I still stand by my comment, those cries, you never forget them.

We literally just had the exact same thing happen a couple days ago, a 6y/o. Also had a 3 month old accidental come in that night. Those are the tough cases.

From the perspective of an ER nurse, of all of the medical shows, this one has been one of the more accurate ones. That cry, is one that really does resonate through the whole ER. A lot of what they depict is very accurate. Still some floof because it's TV but this one is good.
