Oh yeah! You can adjust the pressure on the cutting edge with the foot adjuster pedal. It’s really a great machine. I even used to pullout my neighbors wheeled machine when he was stuck.

It’s honestly been flawless. The only repair has been the belt for the drive because it was stretched and slipping.

I’ve owned a Honda for 24 years. First pull every time. I believe they are also electric start now. Get something with track drive not wheels.
