Attendees had the opportunity to engage with two sessions about the International Inclusive School Award. Aisling O’Connor (Head of Inclusion at SISD) kindly shared how she delivered best practices across all eight IQM Elements through coaching, training, and mentoring inclusion.

We look forward to welcoming our next group of educators tomorrow in Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai, where they can take the first steps on their inclusion journey with IQM!

Schools that had already registered for the award attended a support session where they could receive expert advice on their audit document.

We would also like to thank special guests Esraa Jararaa and Tara-Lyn Gibson from KBZA for sharing their experiences with the IQM process.

Attendees had the opportunity to engage with two fantastic sessions, facilitated by IQM's Joe McCann (Director) and @kevininclusioniqm.bsky.social (IQM Senior Team), about the International Inclusive School Award and the transformative power of inclusion.

It was reassuring to hear a commitment from leaders across the region to creating a world where every learner can feel included and comfortable being themselves🌟

By working together, we can fulfill the message of the Anti-Bullying Schools' Project - "Be a buddy, not a bully!"

💭It was apparent that the desire to put inclusion at the heart of every educational setting is continuing to grow across the emirates. We can't wait to see what theses schools do next!
