SEGA FOR LIFE 😂

Recently been QA play testing Quest Master by #Apogee. If you enjoy top down retro RPGS you'll love this and the customisation options are immense. Being able to create intricate maps really adds to the longevity. Devs have done a fantastic job.

Latest pick up for the sega megadrive. This game is itself essentially a remaster of the 80s PC original and is, in effect, starfield in early form. Explore, mine, trade, interact with aliens. Brutally difficult tho.

Today's indie game update. An alert sounds to indicate enemy health along with flashing the health bar. Thought it might help target acquisition. Script is getting pretty long so might need to chop it up a bit. Is a shield health bar necessary? Only tracking hull currently.

Not done any game dev for ages and picked up my dead unity project out of shame and guilt. Spent the day refactoring the radar code and adding the animations for this and the health bars. Then remembered why I stopped developing games. So. much. effort.
