It’s Christmas Jumper Day at IHS, and what better way to celebrate the end of term than with a full Christmas dinner. This much-loved annual tradition sees the Head and members of the SLT joining Nick and his catering team to help serve Christmas lunch to staff and pupils.

The festive season was celebrated with our annual Carol Services held at St Michael's Church. Our Prep School pupils filled the hall with songs whilst the Senior School service was a moving celebration, featuring carols and performances from our instrumentalists.

One of our enrichments is Willow Weaving. This term, pupils have been creating frame baskets using a figure-of-eight weave, producing some very impressive results. Here, Lauren shows her finished basket, and we can also see the results from Henrietta, Isobel, and Charlie’s baskets. #willowweaving

This term, our Make a Difference Club has been busy supporting those in our local community, and we are proud to share our latest project. We have now launched a new initiative to support Lighthouse, a local Women’s Aid charity helping women, children and young people through difficult times.
