I've never seen that error dialogue before tbh but you should be able to right click on the album > select "Album info" > select "Options" at the top > switch it to sort as music instead of an audiobook

but if that doesn't work let me know!

unfortunately I enjoy buying cheap used iPods and this is probably my worst purchase lol I spent $38 on this bastard and on one hand, at least it turns on and it's pretty, but on the other, the battery is SO shit 😭

Unfortunately my 4th gen nano doesn't turn on & 5th gen nano needs a new battery. Otherwise, my 2nd gen & 3rd gen work fine, and I'll make a completely different post about my classic lol
