I'm going to say until I'm blue in the face. Trying to fix the "insurance" side of the equation is like treating symptoms and not getting at the root of the problem. It's the cost side that must be dealt with somehow someway. If you fix that, insurance premiums will decline.

First of all the bill is in committee and has not been placed for vote. Who's in charge of the committee right now? Republicans. Second it also includes ranked choice voting. Just because of that it is unlikely to go anywhere.
