Obvious euphemism is obvious.

Weird how all the evidence for what the 14th Amendment doesn't do comes from laws that predate the 14th Amendment.
Wonder when they'll start arguing the 19th Amendment doesn't actually give women universal suffrage based on the precedent that women didn't have it prior to the 19th Amendment.
