A Rogers customer says they were surprised to see a $5 monthly price increase added to their wireless plan after being on the same plan for about five years. In a post on Reddit’s r/Rogers subreddit, the customer shared a notice included on their bill from Rogers, stating that the company will raise the monthly fee by $5 plus tax starting with their next bill on or after June 17, 2025.

Durham Regional Police say five people are facing charges after an investigation into the alleged theft of about $2 million worth of merchandise from an Amazon warehouse in Ajax, Ontario.
