As of now the martial law order isn’t fully lifted until the president lifts it officially, he’s legally required to per the law after the vote.

In Ukraine, Russia has lost 700,000 troops, 70% of its 70 years of stockpiled military gear, and half of the original area of Ukraine they initially occupied. They are also quickly losing whatever is left of their economy. Putin is praying for Trump and Musk to save him.
