Which is a decision unrelated to the NEPA/EIS.

Except the NEPA doesn't do anything to protect. It imposes no limits or obligations on what can and cannot be done. It just mandates that before anything is done, endless reams of paper are generated, largely without benefit.

You have to QRT it with "FUCK ELON MUSK" spammed up to the character limit.

Or consider, if something could be run like a business, the government probably doesn't need to do it.

Until the fucks extend it to them like they're trying to do with ICE detention facilities.

Capsaicin and mustard/horseradish are spicy by two completely different mechanisms and are not cross-tolerant.

The greatest scandal in Japan right now is over whether gift cards count as bribes. The biggest scandal in the US is the president is illegally throwing people to a dungeon in El Salvador. Kind of a big difference there.
April 13, 2025 at 5:00 AM
I mean, the LDP can't be a quarter as bad as the GOP are now.
April 13, 2025 at 4:58 AM
And that's the problem. There's a maxim of equity, "No right without a remedy", and that's really true because without a remedy to enforce rights and punish those who break them, they're really just meaningless statements.
