Text reads: "As a youth, how has technology enabled youth in your country to access SRHR information and services?”​ I feel Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights information, and services have become more accessible with the advancement and embracement of Technology in the health system. Digital platforms such as social media (e.g Facebook) and other digital platforms creatively offer information on SRHR suitable for us young people. Platforms such as Helplines (e.g the Aunty Tasha Helpline) offer a unique, tool that helps to overcome stigmas, embarrassment, lack of privacy when accessing SRHR because they directly link you to service providers.​ -Mirriam Siamakata, Zambia​." She was able to share this knowledge with her family, community, school, and other adolescents aged 10–19.
