Damn, that just sounds horrible. The thought of having something and not noticing it stresses me out a little.
My most interesting biological 'quirk' is that if I put my big toe or the pinky toe under the other toes of the same foot, I get a disgusting leg cramp that lasts for hours.

Wake up around 3 to 4 AM, wait a few minutes, and go to sleep while paying attention to something in your room (anything, even the sound of your breathing).
That triggers sleep paralysis for me, and it's the reason why I hate waking up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
