Look, from a practical standpoint, I get it. They probably do have people trying to rip them off on the regular. And if it was a problem with the frame, I'd have no issue complying. But it's an issue with the tint. I can see the problem in the mirror when I wear them. but 3/

But I did as requested. Weird, but okay. Then it took a ridiculously long time for them to verify anything? Like I had to copy and paste the review that I had left for them in order to try to speed things along.
