They trot this campaign out every decade or so. It seems that this time they could not get two women willing to participate. Well after the Cameron 4 got in a few scandles, including one boasting of getting women drunk for sexual purposes.

An attack would remove a number of Generals who don’t support the regime, while giving a big boost to their “al opposition are terrorists” rhetoric. And probably remove Hegseth, who is becoming a public embarrassment.
