"MK" is a pretty interesting one because I think it's the only character from MECHANICS (not "machines" oops) that isn't online in some form. Like almost all of them have a download either on the FC2 site or on Wayback... except for this character.

Fourth one is kinda funny. In KFA it has both a really crusty Haggar sprite as well as "MK", an offline character from MACHINES (the Majin 1st/R&h&deM/what have you author). I had to cut out MK's sprite from the stage and improvise my own crusty Haggar with some filters.

In KFA the first stage's floor "skews" when a character jumps. Not sure if this is something I can replicate in Mugen. Yscalestart maybe??

Some unfinished KFA stage conversions I dunno what to do with. I have no idea how to make the first one's floor work properly, second one is complete-ish but needs work on the floor, third one is basically complete, fourth one is complete-ish but I would like to differentiate it from Rugal's stage.

Minor WIP progress. Originally Bacou did not have many attacking frames but now I'm editing him to give him more. I haven't edited the last one yet but I think the animations are turning out pretty good.

A couple days ago a MUGEN author uploaded a bunch of their unfinished characters including a bunch of SFXVI/Knuckle Fighter conversions. I think I found my favorite one

Re: Genpaku, the copy of him that I had didn't have the readme for some reason, so I had to rely on his .cmd and animations for the move names. I just found a copy of him that had the readme, and man I kind of wish I knew earlier. These are so much more exciting than what I had written down.
