Scientists advise putting your phone away 2 hours before bedtime and not using gadgets. That's what I decided to do ... I now just need to go to bed at 5:00am 😂 and everything will be by the book.

Runway just released outpainting for video. Look at this masterpiece! Honestly, I think this is a game-changer on par with MidJourney’s fourth version. It’s the kind of leap that completely transforms the entire creative industry.
