Our Odonata season has finally started with 1 newly emerged Large Red Damselfly at Kionslieu.
Interesting birds about on the island at the moment (for us!). Avocet still hanging around langness / pooyl vaaish, black redstarts in castletown and peel. Red kite also peel.

My favourite sighting of 2024 was seeing the Scarlet Darters in Dorset. 1200km round trip from here but totally worth it!
