My headcanon was that when Eggman does personal Robiticizations, he only uses paralytics to keep them still and nothing else. He's too much of a sadist to care about anaesthesia

Honestly it discourages me from going to cons, knowing most of the "fan" "art" isn't actually fan-made or art but instead fraudster-requested slop
