but it made be upset because, well, look at this place. it's the most beautiful parking lot ever. some very pretty plants near the building, with trees and hedges surrounding, all on a beautiful street with more big trees.

all in service of a massive parking lot with nowhere to sit??

so there's this senior living home near where I used to live. from the time I moved in to the time I moved out, this little spot grew from a dull patch of grass and asphalt, to a social gathering space occupied almost 24/7.

this made me very happy as well as a little upset.

look at these beauts. tells you where you are, where you're going, and how many stops away it is, and is a joy to look at.

Dot displays are more flexible, but have the disadvantage(?) of not showing all stops. probably cheaper than an LED screen, or at least one long enough to show this much info.

when you get to NYC you load into a silent hub world that leads to different Burroughs and common tourist spots. really needs some things to smash for coins though.

BTW this only happened cuz Im 5% more analog now. listening to radio on my commute every day, heard some music from these bands and decided to go spontaneously. dont need an actual radio anymore but gotta break from these individual algorithms every now and again and ingest some mass media lol

all cops must be forced to drive one of these. better be good at maintaining vintage cars cuz when it breaks down then they're going on foot.

IMO ideal is by the library. there's still just a few parcels of low density / parking lots. idk if it would be enough space or not.

Alternatively maybe a low density spot on Ballard Ave, would be great to add social housing there too, but now you might be getting further from bus connections.

well let's give my friend some credit, I'm sure he was very annoying. whomst among us has not snapped at an bothersome constituent/underling.

also I hope this inspires all of you to join our "antagonize a politician enough that they lose it" competition

so glad a gallon of water went to poorly re-generating the cracker barrel logo when a simple ms paint job would do. we used to be a crafty people, internet denizens, but we've turned our backs on the old ways.
