into the story, gets more power, or is revealed of his status in Khaenri'ah he'll get a 5 star release! Like in HSR when characters are brought more into the spotlight and/or revealed their powers they get a 5 star secondary character!! :3

The Captain hasn't really been to any other nations, we haven't ever heard or even really gotten a mention of him anywhere else in the world, especially Mondstat. If he were Kaeya's dad I would imagine he'd try and stay -

Hear me out, I don't have a lot of evidence it's legit just mostly educated guesses and speculation.

Capitano was definitely apart of Khaenri'ah, he says so himself and tells how he and his small army came to Natlan and then began fighting there. From the tiny tiny scene we see of Kaeya's dad --
