I spent decades playing guitar and bass in rock bands, but I never thought I'd be able to play classical guitar until I found Parkening's guitar method books. Now I'm hooked, especially on adaptations of Renaissance lute pieces for classical guitar. It takes me literally months to learn one.

I also have an Epi. They're all good. I find I really can't use the EB3 for big venues because the sound guys around here have never seen or heard a Gibson bass and they have no idea how to eq it. It works well in the recording studio, though. It gets a nice, deep rumble.
