Morning. I think many of us had been hoping to see Jack play centrally more than he has done. He allows a greater measure of control in midfield (never ever loses the ball), and I think if he’s allowed to play there more, it will definitely improve his assists and goals stats.

One of the pods even castigated our manager and top defender for apparently being arrogant post-match. And now the Athletic have weighed in with a nonsense story about our players not being up for it. Well if they don’t mind, I’ll wait and see what happens!
